What is our Junior Athlete Academy?

Our Junior Athlete Academy offers fun, safe, and effective athletic development for 7-9-year-olds, helping them build athleticism, confidence, coordination, and a positive relationship with training.

Our mission is to equip kids with the skills they need to succeed in sports and win at life. We firmly believe that every child deserves access to developmentally-appropriate training, the opportunity to excel in sports, and a coach who genuinely cares about their development.

Through our proprietary PLAY training methodology, we help kids build a strong athletic foundation, develop confidence, and acquire crucial life skills like teamwork, determination, and perseverance.

“As we think back to our own childhoods, one thing stands out - we were always outside, having fun with friends, trying out different sports, and staying active. Physical education was a regular part of our lives, and we were fully immersed in an active lifestyle that defined us. It's a far cry from what today's generation experiences, with so many kids leading sedentary lives.

Unfortunately, various complex factors have disrupted the natural path of physical development in our youth. Now, there's a pressing need for intentional youth athletic development that progresses athletes through each step of their athletic development journey, and this urgency has been amplified by the recent global pandemic. Our kids are missing out on the athletic foundation they need for a healthy future.

Of course, we want all of our athletes to excel at sports, however, the crucial skills they develop at this age goes well-beyond just winning games. At this age, children must develop the confidence needed to explore new physical activities and have the necessary physical literacy to handle life's challenges. Their ability to succeed and embrace a vibrant, active life depends on this holistic approach to athletic development.

Recognizing this need, we've discovered that many parents struggle to find high-quality sports programs for their kids.
