In a personalized 45-minute session, we’ll talk about your goals and what you’re looking for, answer all of your questions, run your child through a comprehensive evaluation/mini-workout, and see if Southern Maine Athlete Academy is the right fit for you and your family.

To conclude your Gameplan Session, we’ll recommend the best training option for your child based on their goals and abilities. You’ll gain a clear understanding of how our programs will help them improve their skills, boost their confidence, and work towards measurable progress in their sporting endeavors.

Pricing:
The investment in our academy is flexible and tailored to your needs. We offer a range of memberships to accommodate your schedule, motivation, goals, and budget. Choose from a cancel-anytime month-to-month contract, a three-month contract, a six-month contract, or a 12-month contract. The longer you commit, the lower the cost per session. After your free class, we’ll discuss the best options to suit your goals and budget. Our cost per session varies by class size and contract length, but is generally between $30 and $40 per session, offering exceptional value compared to one-on-one private training.
