How We Do It:

We use play to help kids build strong and healthy bodies that will prepare them for future physical and athletic endeavors, while developing a positive relationship with activity.

  • Active kids move better, feel better, behave better, are less likely to get sick, and perform better in the classroom.

  • Between the ages of 5 and 12, children’s brains are highly adaptable. What that means is that when exposed to the right stimuli, they adapt rapidly and dramatically. For example, between the ages of 8-10, there is a window of opportunity to maximize coordination and reactivity within children. If these skills aren’t deliberately and systematically challenged/developed, then these children will be at a competitive disadvantage when sports become more competitive later on in life. In other words, what children do at a very young age dramatically impacts their future athletic development and sporting success.

  • Athletes who train smartly and consistently get hurt less often. The earlier this starts, the lower their risk of injury becomes.

Little Athlete Academy

For grades K-5th and ages 4-10, our Little Athlete Academy sets the groundwork for future athletic success. Kids explore movement, have fun, and develop coordination, reactivity, and the fundamental physical literacy they need to have future athletic success and live happy, healthy, and active lives.

Middle Athlete Academy

For grades 5th-8th and ages 11-14, our Middle Athlete Academy lays the athletic foundation necessary to dominate sporting endeavors. It blends components from our Little Athlete Academy with our Elite Athlete Academy to properly transition athletes into formal training, get them comfortable in the weight room, and maximize their athletic foundation.

Elite Athlete Academy

For grades 9th-College and ages 14 and up, our Elite Athlete Academy helps athletes dominate their sporting endeavors. Cutting edge training principles, dynamic coaching, and a holistic approach to athletic development gives our athletes a competitive advantage against their opponents and helps them control the outcome of the game.
